Natural & Synthetic Product| Which one is better?

Natural products are those products that are completely 100% plant and animal-based and contain essential antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, for example, the Supernatural Botanicals kratom. Kratom is extracted from a herbaceous plant and contains many alkaloids and biological compounds that help act as a natural supplement.

Synthetic products are man-made and are assembled in the laboratory. They might contain a good amount of vitamins and antioxidants and work well for the time being but in reality, these synthetic products are more harmful than anything else.

The body may react differently to different products and even if it gets acclimatized to the synthetic products, there will be some sort of mark left on the body in a negative manner. It happens oftentimes that even though these products cause damage to the body, they side by side do not get readily absorbed.

Studies show that vitamin E from natural products get absorbed twice as efficiently than synthetic products. This just gives a clear indication to set our priorities straight and choose wisely.

Even though it is promoted to consume more and more healthy natural supplements like multivitamins etc. So, I

t is better to know that even excess of them can be harmful. It is recommended to consult a doctor before taking any additional product but always to choose natural. Being close to nature is the greatest gift you can give to yourself.

There arises a question most of the time that should everyone be taking supplements regardless of their age and health? There are various supplements with different intensities that are taken by people. Women who are breastfeeding need more vitamin D and A as compared to women in their 20’s. They need more folic acid in their diet to strengthen their bodies and bones. People with nutrient deficiencies need to identify what their body lacks and then go for supplement use.

It also depends on our region and environment and the food we consume. It determines our need for nutrients and if we are completely taking them or not. People who eat natural and healthy food might not have to face these issues as their diet already fulfills their body’s needs. People who consume more processed food or do not take proper portions need to add additives in their life.

Starving can also be a major problem as the body uses stored nutrients for survival. It leads to deprivation of vitamins and minerals in the body.
